Description
Tadalafil soft tabs are a form of medication commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Tadalafil belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors, which work by relaxing muscles and increasing blood flow to particular areas of the body, notably the penis. Soft tabs are a variation of the medication that dissolve quickly in the mouth, allowing for faster absorption into the bloodstream compared to traditional tablets.
Tadalafil soft tabs are often prescribed in dosages ranging from 2.5mg to 20mg, depending on the individual’s needs and response to the medication. They are typically taken as needed, about 30 minutes to an hour before sexual activity. However, for the treatment of BPH, a lower dose may be taken daily regardless of sexual activity.
