Refund Policy

World Pharma Meds will always have their 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you notice that your order doesn’t make it to you or if you noticed it’s damaged, our company will send you another package, all on us. We will give you a full refund instead as well if you decide to do it that way. However, if you did receive some of your order, what we would do is give you a refund but then we would charge the remaining balance for the part of the order that you did receive.

Our company asks that you wait 30 business days from when the order was first shipped. After those 30 days if you haven’t received the package yet and haven’t got any notifications, then please send us a support ticket located in the refund section and we will take care of the issue ASAP.

Refunds

If your payment type was with a credit card, we will be able to issue your refund back on your credit card. If your payment was a check or money order, our company will send you a money order or check back if it hasn’t yet been deposited. A check or money order can only be sent to the customer’s billing address.

The refunds are put through within 10 business days. If your payment was a check or money order, please allow more time for this to be mailed to you, as well as for the money to hire you bank account after you cash the check.
